(ran out of space)there are about 4 people who have this disease in australia and a few more some place else in europe.anywaysin order to treat this baby...he needs lotion. since she does not have enough money even the cheapest lotion would help!their body shed their skin everyday as much as we do in two Freaking WEEKS. so that is why their skin is so scaly because of their vast rate of skin reproduction..at least needs to be scrubbed more than twice a day and lotION ALOT!!! gud luck

btw..EVERY ONE LISTEN..or REAdthat baby.. that has a scaly skin.. has an inherited disease.. its pretty rare..it is called " ichthyosis " .there are many type of this disease.. like the most common one is ichthyosis vulgaris ..it is the rapis reproduction of ur skin. and occurs in approximately one person in every 250 . so its rare.this baby wont last long without propper skin treatment. there is NO PERMANENT CURE. there is none.
