When I did my 1st tri in 1999 it took I was changing for 4 minutes now I can do it in 30 to 40 seconds flat. Practice makes perfect :)Cheers

no matter how much i practice, I dont think I'll ever be able to put on or take off a wetsuit as well as her.

I have been using scuba wetsuits for over 30 years and this video showed me more than a few things that were very useful.
